Strengthening of the market position due to the participation in our parent company by the German RETHMANN group (now REMONDIS)

Due to the strong growth, our mother company starts the construction of a new plant

RETHMANN take over the remaining shares of our parent company and become hundred per cent owner

Extension of our service with confidential data/paper destruction  
establishment of RETHMANN Data BV. (now REMONDIS Data BV) in the Netherlands

Assumption of the H. Drijfhout & sons B.V. to the extension of our activities within the
range of the precious metal recycling

The RETHMANN Entsorgungs AG & CO KG modify its name in REMONDIS AG & CO KG

2006

Argentia N.V. modifies its name in REMONDIS Industrial Services N.V.

2007

A violent fire destroys the office and warehouse of our location in Lubbeek.
We removed to a plant in Olen. At the same time we begin with the collection of hospital wastes and open such a new business field

2008

Adoption of the customer file Machiels N.V. from Indaver Medical Services N.V.

2009

Development of the storage in Milmort. It is appropriate for dangerous wastes and other materials and makes an important expansion possible of our activities
